The real dog
Sleep
Daytime naps and rest happen in the crate. Overnight, Marlowe sleeps with us. The crate is a regulation tool in our house, not a punishment.
Kids
Our boys are part of her everyday life. They help with treats, read her body language, and learn when she needs space.
Calm
Marlowe is not calm all the time. She bites, gets overtired, steals socks, has bursts of zoomies, and needs help coming back down.
Training
Most of what we share is built from ordinary repetition: sleep, setup, enrichment, socialization, handling, and capturing calm when it happens.

Why she matters here
Life with Marlowe is not built around perfect obedience or quick fixes. It is built around a real puppy in a real home: sleep, family rhythm, nervous system regulation, socialization, handling, and the small choices that make puppyhood easier.
When we talk about biting, crate naps, kids, walks, enrichment, or calm, it comes from the day-to-day work of raising Marlowe, not from pretending every day looks polished.
A clear note
We get asked where she came from. For now, what we are sharing clearly is that Marlowe is a Mini Australian Labradoodle, born December 24, 2025, and home with us since February 18, 2026. The rest of this space is about raising the dog in front of us.

The daily reality is on Instagram. The more structured puppy support lives here.
