Digital product refunds

Delivery
After a successful payment, you will see a download option and receive a backup link by email. Check your spam or promotions folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes. You can request a fresh link from the purchase recovery page.
Refunds
Because digital guides are delivered immediately, refunds are considered case by case. If you were charged in error, received a duplicate charge, or cannot access the guide after we have tried to help, contact us within 14 days at hello@lifewithmarlowe.com with the purchase email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe.
Access after a refund
When a refund is issued, access to the digital product is revoked. Please do not share or redistribute a guide for which a refund has been issued.
